Result Details
- Approval status: indicates the approval status (in review / approved / rejected) of the result.
- Transactions: in the case of an approved result, lists the transactions that have been created. In the case of a result undergoing review, it lists the transactions that will be created, should the result be approved. Clicking "Detailed View" will open a popup with more information about each transaction.
- Details: key details regarding the result: effective date, beneficiary, and reward.
- Calculation Workbook: shows exactly how the reward for this result was calculated.
- Discussion: all users with access to the result can discuss the result details here. Typically, the purpose of a discussion is to resolve issues that are preventing the booking of the result (for example: "I cannot approve this result for payout until the contract is uploaded into the file server.").
- Reject: Rejects the result. Rejected results are then available for re submission via a "Resubmit" button shown on this page
- Approve: Approves the result. This moves the result to the next stage in the approval process.
