Standard user

The minimum permission level of an EqualTo user.

• Member of a team
• Can be a plan participant
• Can view their own results
• Can see all other users

Team administration

• Can create and manage teams.
• Can create and deploy incentive plans to teams.
• Can reject/approve results for processing by the finance team.
• Can view results for all members of teams of which they are administrators.

Results administration

• Can view and manage results on behalf of all team members in an organization.

Finance administration

• Can create and close payouts.
• Can see the accounts and results for all users.

Superuser

• All of the above permissions
• Can create and delete users
• Unrestricted access to all data
